The ACC Committee is currently scheduled to meet twice a month. The ACC Committee will adjust its meeting schedule based on the quantity of ACC Preliminary and/or Final Plan Submissions to ensure timely processing.
Information to be reviewed by the ACC Committee must be received no later than 7 days prior to a scheduled meeting.
Please see “Forms” tab for all submission forms. For plan approval to begin the following must be submitted: Clearing Plan, Landscape Plan, & Construction Plan.
*** The ACC will not begin the approval process with incomplete submissions.
